The deashing effect of charcoal in the combustion process is good or bad, which directly affects whether the charcoal can be fully burned. Reasons for poor deashing effect:
①Machine-made charcoal and charcoal: In the process of making charcoal and refining charcoal, the temperature is not evenly controlled and the charcoalization is not sufficient, which leads to poor shrinkage of the charcoal.
②Type charcoal (charcoal powder molding): The charcoal powder contains too little material that can form a skeleton, that is, not enough inorganic silicates. In this case, the cold strength can be increased by adding an organic binder, and the thermal strength can be increased by adding an inorganic binder.
