April 27, 2020
Our company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of carbonization equipment for more than 30 years. It has been sold to more than 30 countries and regions, and is deeply loved and recognized by customers at home and abroad. After continuous innovation and research and development, it has been upgraded and transformed on the basis of the original continuous carbonization furnace.
The new continuous carbonization furnace: it has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple operation, durability, high output and good quality of finished products. 3. The types of raw materials that can be carbonized are: sawdust, coconut shell, coffee shell, palm shell, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, corn stover, bagasse, rice husk, yam grass, dried cotton, corn cob, olive residue, wood chips, wood shavings , Etc. biomass materials.
The drum-type continuous carbonization machine is: 1, quantitative feeding and conveying 2, forced feeder 3, carbonization machine main unit 4, distribution fan 5, cooling conveyor 6, dust removal, smoke removal purification system 7, purification fan 8 , Flue gas recovery system 9, gasification furnace 10, ignition burner 11, ignition, alarm control system 12, the overall host has a thermal insulation layer 13, evaporation tower (cooling tower) 14, control cabinet 15, purification pool. A total of 15 parts.
Working principle of carbonization machine:
1. A gasifier (liquefied gas, natural gas) is used to heat up the host.
2. Feeding begins when the internal temperature of the carbonization machine rises to 300 degrees, and the raw materials are anaerobicly heated inside the carbonization furnace;
3. The raw materials are dried and decomposed to produce flue gas. The flue gas is sprayed, cooled, and purified by the induced draft fan to the burner to continue heating the main body of the carbonization machine.
4. At this time, the combustion work of the gasifier is gradually stopped until it is closed, and combustible gas is used for continuous heating. The carbonized material is output from the tail through the cooling, thereby achieving the effect of continuous feeding and continuous discharging.
