OLT-D carbonization furnace: efficient and practical carbonization equipment

I. Product introduction

OLT-D carbonization furnace is an advanced carbonization equipment. It is mainly composed of two layers of structure, inner and outer. This unique OLT-D design has unique advantages in heat utilization and control. Its outer shell is usually made of solid metal material with good sealing, which can effectively prevent heat loss and interference from external substances. The internal OLT-D structure provides a stable environment for the carbonization process, and different layers can set different temperature zones or functional areas according to needs.

 

II. Advantages

1. High efficiency and energy saving

- The OLT-D structure helps to recycle heat. Part of the heat generated by the inner layer directly acts on the carbonized material, and the other part is transferred to the outer layer, which then reflects the heat back, reducing the waste of heat. Compared with the traditional single-layer carbonization furnace, it can save energy by about 30% - 50%.

2. Good temperature uniformity

- It can maintain a relatively stable and uniform temperature distribution at different levels and regions. This is crucial to the quality of carbonization, because uneven temperature may lead to incomplete carbonization or uneven quality of carbonized products. Through the special OLT-D structure design and the optimization of the heating system, the temperature deviation in the entire carbonization chamber can be controlled within a small range, generally within ±5°C.

3. Versatility

- The function of the OLT-D structure can be flexibly adjusted according to different carbonization needs. For example, preliminary carbonization can be carried out on the upper layer and deep carbonization can be carried out on the lower layer; or one layer can be used for preheating the material and the other layer can be used for the formal carbonization process.

 

III. Application

1. Wood processing industry

- Used to process wood into charcoal. The OLT-D carbonization furnace can accurately control the temperature, making the wood carbonization process more stable, and the charcoal produced is of high quality, high density and high combustion value.

2. Biomass energy field

- Carbonization of various biomass raw materials, such as straw and rice husk. The converted carbonized products can be used as biochar for soil improvement, energy storage and other aspects.

3. Chemical raw material production

- In the production process of some chemical raw materials, specific organic matter needs to be carbonized. The OLT-D carbonization furnace can meet the requirements of chemical production for carbonization quality and output.
